    Coriander / Herbs

    The herb that divides the population. You either lathe or love it and considering you've picked up this packet you are most likely the latter. Unless you are about to throw it in the fire (don't!). A quick and easy grow with a short life but hey - that flavour is worth it. Diamonds are a forever. Coriander plants aren't.

    Source of dietary fiber, manganese, iron, magnesium, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and protein

    Potential health benefits:

    • Lowers bad cholesterol (LDL) and increases the levels of good cholesterol (HDL)
    • Promotes liver functions and bowel movements
    • Stimulate the insulin secretion and lower the blood sugar levels
    • Anti-inflammatory properties may help with inflammatory diseases such as arthritis
    • Iron helps to counteracts Anaemia and related fatigue
