Reputed to be the best tasting kale and is prized by chefs in Italy: I prefer pizza al taglio (pizza by the slice) though. BUT if you are chasing nutritional value you can’t beat Black Tuscan Kale. Grown as micro-greens for great flavour to complement your dishes (go gourmet) or hide it in smoothies *mwa ha ha! They’ll never know.
