Shipping policy

How Shipping Works

1. Standard shipping is free for Australian orders over $60, or a $9.95 flat-rate for orders under $60. *Please note orders containing potting mix will attract an additional 'bulky' surcharge, for which we use live rates calculated at checkout.
2. Express shipping is also available for most orders, for which we also use live rates calculated at checkout.
3. National delivery is usually within 3-6 business days of dispatch (1-3 days Express where available), but can vary depending on the carrier and your location.
4. All orders are processed Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST, within 2 business days from the order being received.
5. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received anything, please check your spam
6. In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To avoid any delays with your order, please respond to any email or phone call from our team.

International Shipping is available for some products (you should only see products you can order) and rates are calculated at checkout.
